Schedule An Appointment to Give Blood  •  Volunteer to help

Plan to come out from 9am to 1pm to participate in the Community Health Fair and Blood Drive.  Appointments for giving blood are encouraged, but not required, and may be made online or by calling the church office at 703-221-7191.

In addition to the blood drive, conducted by the Red Cross, a Health Fair will feature area health and fitness related businesses which will provide DOOR PRIZES, FREE Give-aways, and answers to your questions.

Free screenings will be available for:

• blood pressure

• blood oxygen level

• blood-sugar

• vision & glaucoma

• cholesterol

• blood oxygen level

• bone density

• spinal analysis

The following types of businesses are scheduled to participate:

- Medical Family Practice
- Dental Practice
- Chiropractic Care
- Optometry
- Fitness Centers
- Insurance (health, long-term care, Medicare)
- Massage Therapy
