Regional
& Global Missions
Triangle
Baptist Church supports a number of
different organizations for the purpose of
fellowship and partnership missions,
including the following:
TBC Food
Pantry (see above; part of the
Fredericksburg Area Food Bank,
website)
In addition
to financial support through our annual
Ministry Budget, TBC promotes the Offering
for Global Missions, sponsored by the
Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. This
offering provides direct support to field
personnel around the world, including
personnel salaries, benefits ministry and
operating expenses. This Offering is
not “over and above” the CBF Global Missions
budget, it is the PRIMARY way CBF field
personnel are funded.
If the goal
is not met, ministry is limited and those
who are ready to go cannot be appointed to
serve. Your gifts to the Offering help
spread the Gospel and meet physical needs
among the most neglected in the U.S. and
around the world.
When we give to the CBF
Offering for Global Missions, we join hands and reach
beyond our borders to embrace a world in need.
Our
goal for 2009 was$1,000, which we surpassed by
over $600!Thanks to everyone who
contributed to this worthy mission offering.
